Registration: You may register for a class
online, in person, or via mail. If by mail, send a check for the amount of the class to: Metal Heart Jewelry, 1720
Madison St. NE #204, Minneapolis MN 55413. Registration forms are also available at the studio. The full amount of tuition is
due at time registration to hold your position in class.Materials fee
is due on first day of class. Clothing in the studio should be made of cotton or natural fibers. No loose fitting clothing
is allowed, especially no loose shirt cuffs, shirt tails or loose bracelets. Shoes should cover the entire foot, to protect
against dropped tools or metal. Long hair must be tied up on the back of the head.Do not operate any
tools or equipment that you have not been trained to operate. Metal Heart staff are willing to teach you to safely use all
the tools in the studio. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable about a situation, piece of equipment
or tooling in the studio, notify Metal Heart Jewelry staff immediately. A metal heart jewelry staff
member may stop the use of any tooling or equipment at any time if they determine that a situation has become unsafe. Refunds Workshops: You may receive a refund if you cancel 15 days in
advance of the workshop or if Metal Heart Jewelry cancels a workshop. Refunds will not be issued for any other circumstance.
Student cancellations will only be accepted in writing 15 days prior to the workshop date. Refunds Weekly classes: Refunds for weekly classes will not be issued if you fail to attend
a class meeting. A portion of tuition may be refunded if Metal Heart Jewelry cancels a weekly class meeting. Student cancellations
